Front of House Staff 

Hours:  Casual shifts, depending on show scheduled 

Front of house are the eyes and ears of the venue. They look after all Front of house areas to make sure audiences are getting to where they need to be safely and on time and ensure the venue is clean, running smoothly and  are there to answer any questions, sell ice creams & merchandise.

Person Specification:

You should be friendly, confident, good with people and able to organise large numbers of people.  You must have excellent customer service skills, work well within a team and be able to keep your cool under pressure.

Shifts are arranged around our programme schedule. Therefore you must be happy to work day shifts, evenings and weekends.

 

Box Office Coordinator

Hours:  Casual shifts, depending on show scheduled

We’re recruiting a Box Office Coordinator to join our Box Office Sales and Customer Service team to help us deliver an excellent customer experience, in a pivotal role that brings together our entertainment offer and the ticket-buying public.

The role facilitates all our ticket income across our Co-Promotions and Hires activities across the venue. It involves phone and face to face customer services, accurate booking transactions, reporting, cash handing and accounting and vital feedback from our customers to continue to grow and develop our programme and venue.

You will be for the first point of contact for our customers & visitors to the venue, providing a smooth and efficient service of the box office on a day-to-day basis, meeting and greeting customers, answering queries and delivering excellent customer service. You will use the Spektrix ticketing system to oversee and facilitate sales, prepare reports for internal staff an promoters.

Person Specification:

You should be friendly, confident, good with people and have a good phone manor and experience of using computer, ideally ticketing platforms.  You must have excellent customer service skills, work well within a team and be able to keep your cool under pressure.

Experience:

  • Customer facing
  • Box office or phone room experience  (Desirable)
  • Spektrix (Desirable)
