Box Office Cashier

To providing a quality front line service to customers. Dealing with customer queries. Handling counter, telephone and internet bookings.

Hours:  Casual shifts, depending on show scheduled

Person Specification: Experience in money handling • Experience of customer care  • Work well under pressure •Computer literate • Confident with dealing with customers face to face and has a good Telephone manner •  Desirable experience in working in a theatre environment.

Front of House Staff for Christmas Season

Hours:  Casual shifts, depending on show scheduled  for Christmas season

Front of house are the eyes and ears of the venue. They look after all Front of house areas to make sure audiences are getting to where they need to be safely and on time and ensure the venue is clean, running smoothly and  are there to answer any questions, sell ice creams & merchandise.

Person Specification:

You should be friendly, confident, good with people and able to organise large numbers of people.  You must have excellent customer service skills, work well within a team and be able to keep your cool under pressure.

Shifts are arranged around our programme schedule. Therefore you must be happy to work day shifts, evenings and weekends.
