‘On Track Weekender’ is a free festival designed to fuel the next generation of performers and artistic entrepreneurs. You’ll get access to some of the industry’s biggest players and influencers.

Line up over the weekend includes

Launching the Weekender, Empire Bar will play host to London’s next generation of artists – expect singers, rappers and spoken word. This event is open to the public.

EMPOWER

Returning to Host EMPOWER THE SLUMFLOWER

The first day provides a space for the next generation of creatives to look inward, exploring self-awareness and identity, whilst developing some key skills to develop focus, build resilience and step forwards with a healthy mindset.

12pm – 1pm: Female Empowerment 

Hosted by The Slumflower with

  • Paola Lucktung (ex-Adidas head of ents & talent, consultant for Ashley Walters, DJ Target)
  • Annaliese Dayes (heart radio and next top model judge)

Build solidarity, pick-up tips, and listen to how these women paving the way in the creative industries overcame the professional obstacles that their gender posed.

Feeling pressure to conform but you don’t want to define yourself by one profession, label or genre? Our guests make their own rules, and you can too. This panel explores the beauty of being multifaceted and making meaningful work.

Hosted by We Are Stripes, guests tbc from design, music, TV and journalism industries and creative entrepreneurs

This careers advice and networking event will be a chance to speak to people in your dream job and get advice about access routes to your chosen career. Bring your CVs, portfolios and Instagram accounts for these professionals to give you invaluable feedback and direction
